Franchise Lu – Top Kid Monopoly featuring Iayze (Single)

Rising Xenia, Ohio Artist Franchise Lu teams up with Iayze to drop “Top Kid Monopoly”. The rising 21 artist began making rap music in 6th grade but has only been taking it serious just the past year. His first few years of music his focus consisted on being a producer but overtime Lu has grown into an artist himself and  feels like it’s a better fit for him overall. Being an aspiring musician in middle school certainly made those years rough for Lu, but it also taught him a lot about dealing with hate and judgment. Franchise Lu stated some of his biggest inspirations to be artists like Iayze, Summrs, Autumn! and Dom Corleo and lastly Drake being the first artist he really loved and because of him, Lu is always looking to adapt to new sounds. He looks to pride himself in being versatile like him. Some of Lu’s recent works include singles “Party Girls”, “Cozy(Lights Off)”, and “Vetements” all dropping on his SoundCloud page.

Franchise Lu’s “Top Kid Monopoly” featuring Iayze released on February 10th. This release is definitely Lu’s biggest song to date. At the moment it’s available for streaming on his SoundCloud Page (Franchise Lu) and the @und3rworldmedia YouTube Page. Lu’s biggest Influence on this release was Iayze. He sent him open and Lu matched his energy and mixing as best as he could. Overall Lu’s goals as an artist is to grow a cult fan base, while at the same time being able to help other artists grow in the process. He wants to use his abilities to help support himself and his family. Lu also stated the biggest lesson he learned is “sometimes it’s best to move in silence. Keep your audience guessing and keep the world guessing. Be open to trying new forms of art and styles until you find something you enjoy. There’s so many ways to express yourself so never limit that to just one medium :)” You can check out Franchise Lu and his new release “Top Kid Monopoly” with the link below!
