Abstraxt drops off new genre bending album “The Last Color”

L.A.’s music scene is always pushing out fresh talent, and right now, one name starting to pop up is Abstraxt. Coming out of Los Angeles, he’s just dropped his new project “The Last Color”, and it feels like something different. No hype, no wild stories, just real energy and honest storytelling.

Abstraxt started making music when he was 15, messing around in his attic. Back then, it was all about figuring out how to create. He told his friends, “If guys like Lil Pump can do it, why can’t we?” But for him, it wasn’t just about making music to make noise. It was a way to express everything he was going through. He’s always been into creating, whether it was directing videos or building out different ideas. Music just became another way to deal with what he was feeling.

What makes him stand out is his take on how people should experience music. For Abstraxt, it’s all about interpretation. He doesn’t care how you connect with a song or video, as long as it hits you in some way. He’s not here to tell you how to feel, whatever you take from his music is valid because that’s the whole point. It’s refreshing in a scene where everyone’s trying to tell you what to think or feel.

His influences are clear when you dive into his sound. He’s a huge fan of XXXTentacion, calling him a true legend. That raw emotion you’d hear from X or the whole SoundCloud era is a big part of what Abstraxt does. He’s also into artists like The Weeknd and Yung Lean, blending those atmospheric vibes with the hard-hitting emotions in his music.

When it comes to “The Last Color”, the influence from artists like Starboy and 2Hollis is obvious. But this album is personal. It’s a mix of thoughts and experiences from the past few years, with Abstraxt figuring himself out, battling faith, and just trying to grow as a person. It’s not just surface-level stuff, it’s like you’re hearing the inside of his head. The project switches between deep, introspective moments and bursts of confidence and intensity, which makes it feel real and grounded.

For Abstraxt, music isn’t just about getting famous. It’s bigger than that. He’s got a clear goal: to inspire the younger generation and show them that no matter what’s happened in your life, you can flip it and use it to push yourself forward. He’s doing it for his family too, especially his mom. One of his dreams is to buy her a house, and that’s what drives him.

He’s also not riding solo. Abstraxt gives credit to his team, shouting out Cigarette, Fxckumane and Ripandres. Together, they make up “Forever Went Cold,” and they’re all on the same page, pushing each other to grow and go further.

With “The Last Color” dropping on October 17th, Abstraxt is just getting started. He’s got the vision, the raw talent, and the drive to make a serious impact. This is only the beginning for him, he’s definitely an artist to watch out for!
