Colorado artist Zzuko is breaking through with his new project “Who Is Zzuko?”. He first started making music in High School at Denver School of The Arts by sneaking and breaking into the school studio during class and after school ended. Zzuko says he found Playboi Carti before the fame during summer school and would listen to his unreleased music instead of doing work all day. In turn Playboi Carti became one of his biggest musical inspirations as well as his biggest idol. Some of his other inspirations include, Lil Uzi Vert, Opium Baby as well as the rest of Playboi Carti’s Opium Label’s members. Some of Zzuko’s notable recent releases include “Rodeo”, “Stole It”, “Top of the Building” and his single “CANDLE” which was recorded at Chase The Money’s studio in LA.
Zzuko released his new project “Who Is Zzuko?” to all platforms on July 3rd. This project really shows off Zzuko’s direction and future in music and this is really just the start as he has a Deluxe version of the project on the way as well. His inspirations for the beat selection on the project were F1lthy, Gab3, and XTCSuki. Zzuko expertly demonstrates his versatility and capabilities over these very well thought out hand-selected beats. Overall Zzuko’s goals as an artist are to make the best music possible, to uplift people out of depression and to get fans to believe in themselves confidently and motivationally. Outside of musical accomplishments, Zzuko’s biggest dream is to model for Rick Owens, Alyx 1017, Balenciaga, Chrome Hearts and Mike Amiri outside of music. He also wants to teach dance classes to the youth to inspire them once his music is established. Zzuko has shows lined up in the near future and is ready to rock out and his stage performance is sure to be game breaking.
